Our products are designed to last, which is why we guarantee everything we make. If your O My Bag needs fixing, we're here to support you.

We'll repair any hardware or production problems for life. Damage due to wear and tear from all the love and use will be repaired at a reasonable price. Scratches, stains, and other leather issues are not covered by our repair service. For guidance on handling these, please refer to our Care Guide.

We offer a variety of repair services to revive your bag. Depending on the issue, we'll advise you on the best repair options: DIY repair, local repair, drop-off repair, or mail-in repair.

Take your bag to your local repair shop. Log your repair with us via the repair form and we'll reimburse the costs.

3. Mail-in Repair

For major repairs you can return your bag to our HQ and we'll repair the item for you.

2. Repair Locally

The more local, the better!

Repairing your bag locally is the fastest and most sustainable way to get your O My Bag ready to shine again. This can be done at any skilled repair shop near you.

Get in touch with our team through our repair form, and we will suggest if a local repair is the best solution for your product. In some cases we will send you the materials needed for the repair, such as hooks or magnets.

This is all at our own expense! You can always send us the repair receipt and we will reimburse you the repair cost!

3. Mail-in Repair

If all else fails, you can ship your item to us or drop it off at O My Bag Flagship store (Ceintuurbaan 117-H 1072EZ Amsterdam) to let it be fixed by our own repair expert. After this, it will take 2 to 4 weeks before you are reunited with your repaired item.
