How fast are orders processed and how long does shipping take?

All orders are processed in our warehouse within one business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning.

SHIP IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

Below are the last dates to place your order for it to arrive in time for Christmas.

Netherlands & Belgium: Monday 23rd December
EU: Tuesday 17th December
Rest of the World: Friday 20th December

THE NETHERLANDS & BELGIUM
Orders placed before 11:45 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day if you have chosen for PostNL. For DPD the latest order time to have your ordered shipped the same day is 10:00 PM.

INTERNATIONAL
We use PostNL and DPD for shipments within the EU.
We use Fedex Priority for all shipments outside the EU to ensure delivery as fast as possible.

Orders placed before 11:45 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day if you have chosen for PostNL. For DPD the latest order time to have your ordered shipped the same day is 10:00 PM. Orders placed with Fedex before 3 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped the next day.

Your package typically arrives within 2-4 business days depending on where you are in the world. Deliveries to Asia and Australia, can take up to 1 week. (We promise it is worth the wait though!

How much does shipping cost?

THE NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM, AND GERMANY
We offer free shipping on orders over €100 to The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Orders under €100 are charged with a flat rate of €5.00.

OTHER COUNTRIES
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €300.
For orders under €300:
EU countries: €15 (€5 for Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands)
USA: €20
Canada: €20
All other countries: €40

The price for shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on your country. For an exact amount visit the checkout page (p.s. you need to have a product in your cart to see the shipping costs.)

How do I know my order my order is processed?

When you place an order at www.omybagamsterdam.com you will receive an order confirmation by mail. Trouble finding emails from us? Please check your spam folder.

Still nothing? Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

How do I know my order my order has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from the delivery service with all shipping and tracking details. Got it? Prepare to get excited and start looking for that mailman!

Where is my order?

These common carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. The easiest way to know more about the whereabouts of your order is to contact the carrier directly.

Can I change/cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched by our warehouse, we can change or cancel the order for you during business hours.

Please or send us an email at customerservice@omybag.nl. If our warehouse already packed your shipment, we, unfortunately, can’t change or cancel your order any more. After receiving the order you can return the order again by following the return process.

How can I pay on your website?

There are different ways of paying for your O My Bag:

– We accept all Dutch debit cards via iDeal payments.
– We accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards.
– We accept Apple Pay Banking.
– We accept Sofort Banking.
– We also offer Klarna for customers in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Finland.
– You can pay using PayPal, either with your own established account or with a credit card (no need to register!).

Can I use a coupon or a gift certificate with my order?

Definitely! You can apply your coupon code in your CART and on the CHECK OUT page.

You can apply only one coupon code per sale. If you have two different gift certificates, please send us an email at customerservice@omybag.nl. We’ll be happy to combine them into one.

Are my payment details safe when paying online on your website?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure.

Will I be charged for customs and import?

If your delivery address is outside the EU/EFTA, you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Using the tracking number provided at the time of order, your package can be tracked on the delivery service’s website (e.g. PostNL, DPD, DHL, Fedex). These common carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. Remember, for international orders, it might take up to two weeks for the package to get to your home.

If you notice while tracking that your package is stuck somewhere, the easiest way is to contact the carrier directly. If you’re lost please don’t hesitate to contact us at customerservice@omybag.nl, we will track your package together with our warehouse.

Note: This investigation can take up to 5 days. Don’t despair, we’re definitely going to find the package’s whereabouts and have it shipped to you as soon as possible.
