How fast are orders processed and how long does shipping take?
We will do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers do expect delays and your order may take longer than expected to arrive.
THE NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM AND GERMANY
Orders placed before 10:00 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day with DPD, DHL, PostNL or Budbee. Orders placed after these times will be shipped the next business day.
We use PostNL, DHL and DPD for shipments within the EU. Orders placed before 10:00 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped the next business day.
We use UPS and PostNL for shipments outside the EU and ensure delivery as fast as possible. Orders placed with UPS before 3 PM and PostNL before 10 PM (from Monday until Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped the next business day.
Your package typically arrives within 2-4 business days depending on where you are in the world. Deliveries to countries such as Australia, China, South Africa and Iceland can take up to 10 working days (we promise it is worth the wait though!).
If the item you’ve ordered is not available at our warehouse it will be shipped from one of our stores. This means that it may be shipped with a different carrier than the one you selected at the checkout.
Monogrammed orders may take up to three business days to ship.

How do I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from the delivery service with all shipping and tracking details. Got it? Prepare to get excited and start looking for that mailman!
Where is my order?
These common carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. The easiest way to know more about the whereabouts of your order is to contact the carrier directly.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched by our warehouse, we can change or cancel the order for you during business hours.
Please or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If our warehouse already packed your shipment, we, unfortunately, can’t change or cancel your order any more. After receiving the order you can return the order again by following the return process.
How can I pay on your website?
– We accept all Dutch debit cards via iDeal payments.
– We accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards.
– We accept Apple Pay Banking.
– We accept Sofort Banking.
– You can pay using PayPal, either with your own established account or with a credit card (no need to register!).
Can I use a discount code or a gift card with my order?
Definitely! You can apply your gift card or discount code in your CART and on the CHECK OUT page.
You can apply only one discount code per sale. If you have two different gift cards, please send us an email at email@example.com. We’ll be happy to combine them into one.
Are my payment details safe when paying online on your website?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure.
Will I be charged for customs and imports?
If your delivery address is outside the EU/EFTA, you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to Brexit, duties and taxes will be applied to all orders over £135 on delivery. The duties and taxes will be calculated based on the price of the goods, local taxes, postage, packing and insurance.
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
Using the tracking number provided at the time of order, your package can be tracked on the delivery service’s website (e.g. PostNL, DPD, DHL, Fedex). These common carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. Remember, for international orders, it might take up to two weeks for the package to get to your home.
If you notice while tracking that your package is stuck somewhere, the easiest way is to contact the carrier directly. If you’re lost please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will track your package together with our warehouse. This investigation can take up to 10 days. Don’t despair, we’re definitely going to find the package’s whereabouts and have it shipped to you as soon as possible.
Note: in case you authorise a shipping company to leave your parcel in a specific place (or ‘safe place’) you will be responsible for any possible loss or damage of the package.
What is a Pre-Order and how does it work?
At O My Bag we choose to work with smaller factories and tanneries, focusing on quality over quantity. We don’t believe in over production which means we place small orders on a regular basis. With limited orders placed, some of our favorite pieces are often out of stock – until now. By placing a pre-order, you can purchase an item before it’s arrived at the O My Bag warehouse. Once it arrives, we will ship it directly to your door. The added bonus? No more missing out on your favorite pieces!.
When will my Pre-Order ship?
The estimated arrival date is noted on the product page, the checkout and your order confirmation. Once the product has been received in our warehouse, your order will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on the way.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
You will be charged the total value when the order is placed.
What happens if I order in stock and pre-order items together?
You will receive multiple shipments. The in-stock items will be shipped immediately and the pre-order items will be shipped once they are available.
What happens if I order multiple pre-order items?
If you order more than one pre-order with a different shipping date, they will be shipped together at the later shipping date.
What if I want to return a pre-ordered item?
You have the opportunity to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the pre-order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply. You can read more about our returns policy here.
My pre-order is taking longer than the estimated arrival date, what should I do?
We do our best to meet our estimated arrival dates, however due to our eco and fair production process, there can be delays from time to time. If there has been a delay with your pre-order, you can expect an email from our customer service team with an updated delivery date. You can also chose to cancel your order at anytime.
