An update from O My Bag on COVID-19

Our Amsterdam store is currently closed due to COVID-19. Our store representatives are still available to take your order by phone on 020 772 4464 between 12:00 – 16:00 (make an appointment to have a facetime call!) You can also contact our customer support via Instagram, WhatsApp or Email at customerservice@omybag.nl.

Can I still order online?

We will continue to offer regular worldwide shipping via PostNL, DPD and UPS. With the exception of some post codes in Spain: 10900, 10374 and 24763.

Can I pick my package up from a drop-off point?

Depending on the country, you will be able to select drop-off points in the checkout. 

How long will it take for my package to arrive? 

We are doing our best to deliver within the expected timeframes, however there may be a delay due to COVID-19. For additional assistance please contact customerservice@omybag.nl

Return Policy

How long does it take for my return to be processed? 

Once your purchase has been returned to our warehouse your return will be processed within 14 days. Due to shipping delays this process may take slightly longer than usual. 

Can I still return my order for free? 

We are able to provide free returns for The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg only.
