An update from O My Bag on COVID-19
In light of the most recent COVID-19 regulations, we’ve re-opened the doors of both our Amsterdam and The Hague stores. We have altered our regular store hours, while taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of both our employees and the community.
We are happy to see that some of our retailers can open their stores again too. As we navigate these unpredictable times, we will continue to monitor the situation closely, adapting and updating where necessary.
The circumstances have been tough for our extended team in India, with both factories and tanneries closing for a period of time. In order to support them during this challenging time, all proceeds from our Online Pre-Loved sale will go directly to our partners in India. The majority of our factories and tanneries plan to partially re-open in the coming weeks, and we will continue to support them where we can. With temporary factory closure, and limited working conditions for the foreseeable future, this has also meant a delay in production. We’ve enabled our online waitlist feature to ensure you’re the first to know when your favorite pieces will be back in stock.
As always, our online store is open, and our team is available via our social channels and email@example.com to answer any questions you may have.
We are doing our best to deliver your online orders within the expected timeframes, however there may be a delay with postal services. Regular door-to-door delivery is still available, however due to the closure of pick-up and drop-off points throughout the world, we have also temporarily disabled the ability to use pick-up and drop-off points.

We will continue to offer regular worldwide shipping via PostNL, DPD and FedEx. With the exception of some post codes in Spain: 10900, 10374 and 24763.
Can I pick my package up from a drop-off point?
Due to the closure of drop-off points we have temporarily disabled the drop-off/pick-up point feature.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We are doing our best to deliver within the expected timeframes, however there may be a delay due to COVID-19. For additional assistance please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your purchase has been returned to our warehouse your return will be processed within 14 days. Due to shipping delays this process may take slightly longer than usual.
Can I still return my order for free?
We are able to provide free returns for The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg only. This is a temporary situation due to COVID-19 and we will keep you updated.
